Program Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to oversee all our educational offerings. The Program Director reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and management of our diverse range of courses. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for education, technology, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of educators and program managers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic vision for Prime Minds Academy’s educational programs. Ensure alignment of all courses with the academy’s mission and goals. Lead and mentor a team of educators, program managers, and administrative staff. 

• Program Development: Oversee the design and development of new courses and curricula. Ensure that all programs are innovative, engaging, and meet the needs of our diverse student body. Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate cutting-edge AI and technology education with practical life skills. 

• Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of all educational programs. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed. Ensure high standards of quality and consistency across all offerings. 

• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and external partners. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. Represent Prime Minds Academy at educational conferences, workshops, and networking events. 

• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the program budget. Allocate resources effectively to support program goals and ensure financial sustainability. Identify and pursue opportunities for funding and partnerships. 

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program management or a similar leadership role. 

• Strong understanding of AI, technology education, and the integration of practical life skills in curricula. 

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Passion for innovation in education and a commitment to student success.
