About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable freelance teachers to join our team and deliver engaging online courses to our students. As a freelance teacher at Prime Minds Academy, you will have the flexibility to choose courses that align with your expertise and passion from our diverse range of offerings. You will play a crucial role in inspiring and educating the next generation through innovative and interactive online teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Delivery: Teach online courses based on your area of expertise from the curriculum offered by Prime Minds Academy. Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that meet the learning objectives and engage students in meaningful learning experiences.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment. Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive teaching methods and activities. Provide timely feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
Curriculum Adherence: Follow the curriculum and lesson plans provided by Prime Minds Academy. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and other evaluation methods. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and personal growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an online environment.
Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area you wish to teach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
Ability to create an engaging and supportive online learning environment.
