About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Industry Expert Relations Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with industry leaders and experts, inviting them to contribute to Prime Minds Academy by delivering speeches, participating in webinars, and providing insights to inspire and educate our students. This position reports to program director and requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for fostering educational excellence. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Outreach and Engagement: Identify and reach out to industry experts and thought leaders in various fields, including AI, technology, education, entrepreneurship, and more. Develop and maintain relationships with potential speakers and contributors. 

  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and schedule guest speaker events, webinars, and panel discussions. Ensure all logistical details are managed, including technical setup, event promotion, and post-event follow-up. 

  • Program Development: Collaborate with the Program Director and other team members to integrate guest speaker contributions into the curriculum. Ensure that expert contributions align with the academy’s educational goals and objectives. 

  • Communication and Promotion: Communicate effectively with invited experts, providing them with all necessary information and support. Promote events featuring guest speakers through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and the academy’s website. 

  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from students and staff to assess the impact of guest speaker events. Use feedback to continually improve the quality and relevance of expert contributions. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, public relations, or a related role. 

  • Strong network within relevant industries is highly desirable. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Proficiency in using digital communication and event management tools. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Passion for education and a commitment to the mission of Prime Minds Academy.
