About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our educational offerings. The Product Manager reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of our course products, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and align with the academy’s mission. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the academy’s educational products. Identify opportunities for new courses and enhancements to existing offerings based on market research and feedback. 

  • Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and launch of new courses. Collaborate with curriculum developers, educators, and industry experts to create high-quality, engaging educational content. Ensure all courses incorporate innovative AI and technology education along with practical life skills. 

  • Market Research and Feedback: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Gather and analyze feedback from students, parents, and educators to inform product improvements. 

  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing promotion. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders. 

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all educational products meet high standards of excellence. Monitor and evaluate the performance of courses and make data-driven improvements. 

  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the product budget. Allocate resources effectively to support product development and growth. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the education or technology sector. 

  • Strong understanding of educational products and market trends. 

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

  • Passion for education and a commitment to the mission of Prime Minds Academy.
